“Last year my 92 year old mom was suffering from Alzheimer’s living alone in a house she bought with her now deceased husband 40 miles from where I lived. In March I was able to move her to an assisted living facility 4 miles from my house. It became time to sell her house to pay for assisted living. I wanted to sell the house quickly and in as is condition. Ryan and I agreed on an asking price based on what my needs were. He listened closely. He put the house on the market on a Friday and we had a buyer and a contract by Monday. Issues with the probate court kept throwing up roadblocks to a quick closing and Ryan helped me stay calm and to stay steady. He stayed on top of the buyers ability to extend the closing until everything was settled. His communications are prompt and accurate and he’s willing to go the extra mile. I’ve gotten to know him fairly well. He’s knowledgeable, timely, courteous, and funny. Just a very pleasant person with a good amount of drive.
