I was referred to Ryan by Set The Stage Atlanta after he sold another home nearby, and within an hour of calling him, he met me at the property to check out the renovation progress and ensure we were maximizing this property for the location. Ryan came in at the very end of the project, and shortly after I hired him, I left the country for a trip. While I was away, he managed the staging, refinished the hardwoods, and handled the final punch list seamlessly. Ryan also made smart design recommendations like a custom vent hood, built-in pantry around the fridge, and custom spice drawers that helped elevate the home and maximize value.
