As a first-time homebuyer, I was pretty nervous about the whole process, but Ryan made everything so much easier and less stressful. From the very beginning, he was incredibly responsive. We actually first connected when I called about a listing he had on Instagram. Even though that house didn’t work out, he met me within 30 minutes of my first call to show it to me. That quick, dedicated service really set the tone. Ryan was a lifesaver during negotiations. He not only helped me get a great price on the home but also navigated through some tricky issues that came up during the inspection and appraisal. He renegotiated the contract terms to address those issues, and he made sure I understood every step of the process.
